Jake Gattuso focuses his practice in the areas of mergers & acquisitions where he is involved in all phases of strategic and financial deals as a member of our transactions team. He routinely represents buyers and sellers in the financial services, insurance, and manufacturing industries.

Hehasexperienceworkingwithbusinessesofvarioussizes,andrepresents clients in the initial formation stages, and provides day-to-day operational counsel with respect to day-to-day third-party contracts, internal governance matters, commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters, and capital fundraising.

Jake has counseled clients in the insurance industry on a variety of transactions and related matters including captive insurance, risk purchasing group and related LRRA matters, reinsurance, program business, regulatory risk assessments and non-insurance products, distribution matters, and general regulatory compliance matters.
