Schreiber, Sarah L.
Sarah Schreiber represents clients in the areas of labor and employment. On a daily basis, Sarah works with companies of all sizes, from small employers to publicly traded companies. She engages directly with company leadership and human resource personnel to prevent and solve employment-related problems. Sarah proudly devotes much of her practice to client counseling.
Sarah also routinely defends employers against claims involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act(FLSA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act(ADEA), the Indiana Wage Payment and Claims Statutes, and other federal, state and local laws. She regularly represents companies before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), other state and federal agencies and state and federal courts.
Sarah often prepares employment handbooks, policies and contracts including, but not limited to, restrictive covenants to protect companies and their employees. She has also defended several companies in restrictive covenant and unfair competition litigation.
