Gattuso Joins Barrett McNagny

Barrett McNagny LLP is pleased to announce that Jacob A. Gattuso has joined the firm. Mr. Gattuso will concentrate his practice in the areas of business law and real estate law. He will assist clients with business transactions, contract review, the due diligence for the firm's merger and acquisition practice and help clients with the purchase and sale of real estate, and land use planning.

Jacob is a member of the Allen County Bar Association where he also serves as co-chair of the real property section. He is also a member of the Indiana Bar Association and is a volunteer with Blue Jacket, Inc. He graduated from Trinity International University, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in English Literature and received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law. While in law school he was a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law and the Regulatory State and received the jurisprudence award for top scores in the class in Business Enterprises, Securities Regulation I, and Equity. He is admitted to practice before the Indiana state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
