Kimbrough and Michmerhuizen to Present

The Allen County Bar Association held its 2019 Bench Bar Conference on February 1, 2019, at the Grand Wayne Center. The day-long conference, presented by attorneys and judges, covered a variety of legal topics. Barrett McNagny attorney’s Thomas M. Kimbrough and Michael H. Michmerhuizen presented at two separate breakout sessions. Mr. Kimbrough presented on worker’s compensation, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and return-to-work issues. Mr. Michmerhuizen presented at the commercial court's breakout session. The conference qualified for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits. 

Tom Kimbrough has more than 30 years of experience working with companies to handle their employee relations and employment law issues. Mike Michmerhuizen focuses his practice in the area of business litigation and appellate law.
