Shrader to Serve on the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination Committee
Cathleen Shrader, a partner at Barrett McNagny LLP, has been been invited to serve a one-year term on the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination Committee of the National Conference of Bar Examiners. The committee is charged with working closely with NCBE staff to perpetuate and develop policies intended to assure the psychometric reliability, validity, and security of the MPRE. Shrader previously served on the committee during its 2018-2019 term.
Ms. Shrader concentrates her practice in the areas of appellate law and complex business litigation. She has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America® publication for Appellate Practice and Commercial Litigation since 2012 and in the Super Lawyers® publication for Business Litigation since 2013.
In 2010 and again in 2015, the Indiana Supreme Court appointed Ms. Shrader to the ten-member Indiana State Board of Law Examiners for a five-year term where she has served as President of the Board since 2016. The Board of Law Examiners is an agency of the Indiana Supreme Court and is responsible for the licensing of attorneys in the state of Indiana.
