Marcus Heminger was a presenter at the Allen County Bar Association’s Corporate Counsel Seminar on Thursday, February 27, 2020. He presented on the topic entitled “Contract Negotiations: Ten Things You Must Know as In-House Counsel” along with attorneys from other firms and local businesses. The three-hour seminar began at 8:30 a.m. at the Bar Association’s offices located on Calhoun Street. The first topic of the morning was entitled “Tips and Tricks for Managing Outside Counsel, Internal Clients and Projects” and featured a panel of in-house counsel from local businesses.
Marcus Heminger concentrates his practice in the area of corporate and business law and securities. He works with businesses and in-house counsel on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate transactions, private and registered public securities offerings and SEC compliance. A graduate of Cornell Law School, he worked for five years at one of New York’s largest law firms in the Capital Markets group prior to joining Barrett McNagny.
