Ramsey to Present

William A. Ramsey will be a presenter at the Allen County Bar Association’s program, “Appeals in Family Law,” on Thursday, September 12, 2019. The one-hour presentation for attorneys will discuss the top thing trial lawyers do wrong from an appellate prospective, the standard of review for family law issues, and when to appeal an order. Mr. Ramsey will be one of three presenters at the program, which will take place at the Bar Association’s office in downtown Fort Wayne.

Mr. Ramsey has extensive experience representing clients on appeals, litigating commercial disputes, and defending medical malpractice claims. He is a member of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and is vice-chair of the Allen County Bar Association’s appellate section. He is an AV Preeminent rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and the Indiana Super Lawyers publications.
