Litigation and Employment Associate
Barrett McNagny is currently looking for an associate to join our employment law and litigation teams. The ideal candidate would have one to five of experience working in employment law and/or litigation, and should be a licensed Indiana attorney in good standing. Candidates should have superior analytical, writing and communication skills, as well as be able to multi-task and be capable of working under pressure.
As our firm has grown over the years, so has the breadth and sophistication of the counsel we can provide to our wide base of clientele. These roles will have the opportunity to work for clients of all sizes, from small- medium and family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies. The attorneys selected will also be able to work on substantive and impactful work. The litigation candidate will manage and lead litigation cases and will be encouraged to litigate cases in the courtroom when the opportunity is present. The business transactions candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging and significant merger and acquisition assignments as well as general business work.
