Barrett McNagny Welcomes Summer Clerks
Barrett McNagny LLP announces that Ben Bailey, Jacqueline Caserio, Maria Mirande, and Daniel O’Neill have joined the firm as law clerks for the summer of 2021.
Mr. Bailey, a Fort Wayne native, has completed his first year of law studies at the Indiana University Mauer School of Law in Bloomington where he was elected to be a second-year representative for his law school class. He received his Political Science and Economics degree with highest distinction from Purdue Fort Wayne (PFW) with a minor in Business Administration. While at PFW, he received the Sally A. Merrill Award in Political Science for graduating with the highest overall G.P.A.
Ms. Caserio, a native of Birmingham, Michigan, has finished her second year of law school at the Indiana University Mauer School of Law in Bloomington. She is the Articles Editor of the Indiana Law Journal, the Vice President of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and, received Brief Writing Honors in the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, with distinction, in Political Science and International Studies, along with a Spanish minor.
Ms. Mirande, a native of Westfield, Indiana, will be entering her third year of law school in the fall at the Indiana University Mauer School of Law in Bloomington. She is a member of the Indiana Law Journal, the Protective Order Project, and the Outreach for Legal Literacy. She graduated from the Honors College at Ball State University, magna cum laude, in Psychological Science with minors in Criminal Justice and Criminology, Applied Behavioral Analysis, Religious Studies, and Interpersonal Relations II.
Mr. O’Neill, a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has finished his second year of legal studies at the Indiana University Mauer School of Law in Bloomington. He is Vice President of the Business Law Society, and the Submission Editor for the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies. He received his Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Business Administration with an Accounting Focus from Wagner College in Staten Island, New York.
