Cohen to present on Labor and Employment Law at Annual Hot Topics Update

H. Joseph Cohen presented an update on labor and employment law at the Allen County Bar Association’s Annual Hot Topics Update on September 26, 2019. The two-day continuing legal education seminar took place the Allen County Bar Association, located at 924 S. Calhoun Street in downtown Fort Wayne. The seminar was geared toward topics for local attorneys and included sessions on labor and employment, legislative review, criminal law, family law, mediations, ethics, and other legal topics.

H. Joseph Cohen has over twenty years of experience working with clients in the area of labor and employment matters and litigation. He has extensive experience defending all types of employment claims, including those based on race, sex, national origin, religion, and sexual harassment.
