Piercing the Corporate Veil Presentation

John Barce and Michael Michmerhuizen presented a one-hour continuing legal education course at the Allen County Bar Association titled “Piercing the Corporate Veil” in October 2018. Mr. Barce and Mr. Michmerhuizen discussed the factors that enhance the likelihood for piercing the corporate veil, advising a business on mitigating the risk of veil piercing, and providing guidance regarding tiered and brother/sister entity structures. Learn more about Piercing the Corporate Veil

Mr. Barce concentrates his practice on business transactions, federal and state taxation, business succession planning, and tax controversies.
