Sadie Dillon-Baatz Completes Guardian Ad Litem Training
Barrett McNagny family law attorney Sadie Dillon-Baatz has completed training as a Guardian Ad Litem. As part of her training, Dillon-Baatz received specialized instruction and education on a variety of topics such as conducting home visits, investigating a child’s or an incapacitated individual’s situation, interviewing family members and service providers, and making reports with recommendations to the Court. This training will allow her to represent the best interests of children and incapacitated individuals who are unable to represent themselves, a service to the community that Dillon-Baatz is eager and ready to provide.
An associate in the firm, Dillon-Baatz concentrates her practice in the area of domestic and family law, assisting clients with dissolutions, adoptions, custody disputes, child support issues, and guardianship matters. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Volunteer Lawyer Program of Northeast Indiana and is a graduate of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington where she volunteered at the Viola J. Taliaferro Family and Children Mediation Clinic by mediating cases involving custody, parenting time, child support, asset and debt division, and other family law related disputes.
